Also known as “1000-year-old bread” or “ancient bread”, this bread is made from one of the first cereals domesticated by man: einkorn. Seeds from this plant, member of the grass family, are very low in gluten.
Ingredients
Organic flours (unbleached wheat, integral einkorn), filtered and vortex structured water, organic sourdough, roasted organic sesame and sunflower seeds, grey Guérande salt. May contain sesame seeds.
Aromas and texture
Nice crust and tempting crumb. In the nose, we find notes of roasted hazelnut and cocoa. The hazelnut flavour is also present on the palate, and the acidity level is well balanced.

- With pear jam
- With goat cheese
- Served with pasta and basil or arugula pesto
- Spread with duck rillettes
- To accompany a soup (squash or cauliflower)
- With a chocolate hazelnut spread (home made version preferably!)
