This tasty bread is high in protein and made from miso: a traditional Japanese thick paste-like seasoning produced by fermenting soybeans and cereals.
Ingredients
Unbleached wheat flour, poolish made with Japanese miso (Canadian seaweed: nori, dulse, kombu, alaria et kelp and mushrooms: shitake, reishi and maitake), integral wheat (Red Fife), filtered and vortex structured water, sourdough, grey Guérande salt. May contain sesame seeds.
Aromas and texture
A nice rich black garlic smell. This mouth-watering bread has a strong flavour.
Best ways to enjoy
- Use for bruschetta or with preserved tomatoes, as an appetizer or aperitive snack
- Spread with garlic butter
- Serve with mozzarella di buffala and basil
