Very low in gluten. This bread is made with emmer, a grain closely related to wheat also known as farro, which is the most ancient crop cultivated by man!
Ingredients
Unbleached wheat flour, integral flours (Kamut, spelt, Red Fife), sourdough, sprouted wheat (emmer), filtered and vortex structured water, grey Guérande salt. May contain sesame seeds.
Aromas and texture
Malty smell. Pleasant acidity taste on the palate. The crumb has a nice texture and the taste of malt is well balanced.
