Bread made with a technique inspired by the famous restaurant El Bulli, in Spain, who used smoked flour to prepare their brioche.
Ingredients
Unbleached organic wheat and naturally smoked organic wheat flours, filtered and vortex structured water, organic sourdough, grey Guérande salt. May contain sesame seeds.

Nice dimples in the crumb and beautiful crust. Lovely smoky fragrance.

- Turn into bread crumbs
- Make croutons and add to a bowl of sugar snap pea soup or a salad with mustard dressing
- Serve with Swiss fondue
