Unique, Patient Process for Artisan Bread Making
Our approach to bread making combines proven traditional methods with the latest innovations in baking products and resources.
Each day, our homemade ancient grain-based flours are milled on site. Our doughs are then slowly fermented for 12 to 18 hours. As a result, our sourdough breads have weaker gluten content and are exceptionally easy to digest. All our products are also certified organic.
We stand behind the quality of each loaf we make. Our products are available in our own sales outlet as well as in a number of health food stores and farmer's markets.
